The domain privacy service (hereafter called the service) consists of concealment real user data at domain WHOIS database.
By ordering the service, the user agrees to transfer domain registration rights of designated domains to Domain Privacy LLC located at 16192 Coastal Highway, 19958 Lewes, USA (hereafter called the service provider).
The service provider is obliged to transfer the domain registration rights to the user immediately at every user request.
The service can be applied only to domains registered at the website. Service cannot be used for domains whose registries do noit allow for immediate and free domain ownership changes.
Fees for the service are charged along with domain domain registration and renewal fees, according to current price list.
In case of activating the service for newly registered domains, the fee is charged upfront for designated domain registration period.
In case of activating the service for existing domains, the fee is charged upfront for remaining domain registration period.
In case of renewing the domain with active service, the fee is charged upfront for designated domain renewal period.
During usage of the service, the user can unlimitedly choose to conceal or show their WHOIS data for the domain.
Service provider reserves the right to deny the service for any domain. In such case, the fee for remaining service period will be returned to the user.
The service cannot be use used to conceal identity of persons commiting crimes. In documented cases of utilizing domain names with active service to commit identity theft (phishing), copyright breach, hacking and other unlawful activity, service provider reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without any refund to the user.
In case of a dispute concerning usage of a domain name with active service, the service provider can issue a Power of Attorney document to any person designated by the user for representation in the domain dispute, for a fee of 500 EUR. If the user chooses not to pay this fee, the service provider will not otherwise act in the dispute and will forfeit the domain.
